Day.1

  1. Nehru Kund (6 kms from Manali): Here is a spring of cold water.The spring water here is believed to be having medicinal properties, which are good for health.
  2. Solang Valley: An ideal picnic spot, having vast meadows. It enfolds world - famous skiing slopes and you can enjoy Adventure sports like paragliding and trekking
  3. Kothi (15 km from Manali): Kothi is a quite place having picturesque views of the mountains.
  4. Gulaba Camp (20 km from Manali): Gulaba is a beautiful and peaceful place adorned with numerous wild flowers.
  5. Rahla Fall (27 km from Manali): River Beas falls from a height of about 50 meters at this place. It is indeed a charming picnic spot.
  6. Marhi (35 km from Manali): Marhi is famous for natural beauty and has plenty of eatouts such as pizzeria, dhabas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  7. Rani Nullah (46 km from Manali): It is a glacier point and there is snowfall throughout the year.
  8. Rohtang Pass (51 km from Manali): Highest point on the road offers limited skiing but ample trekking opportunities. This pass has magnificient panorama of mountains.

 

 

Day 2

  1. Vaishno Devi: The temple has a small cave and shrine with an image of Goddess Vaishno and many temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, Rama and Krishna.
  2. Kasol Valley: Kasol, an open space slopes down to a broad expense of clear water sand at the edge of River Parvati.
  3. Manikaran: Manikaran town is famous for its hot water springs. This water is so hot that pulses and rice can be cooked in it.

 

Day 3

  1. Jagatsukh: This one time capital of Kullu has old temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Sandhya Gayatri
  2. Naggar Castle: Raja Bhosal built Naggar Castle about 1400 years ago. Now Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation has taken charge of it.
  3. Roerich Art Gallery: It is dedicated to world-famous Russian painter, Nicholas K. Roerich. It preserves paintings of Roerich and Russian artists

 

Day 4

  1. Hadimba Temple: Ages ago Bhīma killed the cruel demon, Hadimb and married his sister Hadimba. Soon after that Hadimba expurgated her sins by performing Tapa and consequently began to be worshipped as a goddess.
  2. Tibetan Monastery: There are two monasteries in Manali town, Gelugpa and Drukpa.
  3. Club House:  It has a multi-purpose hall and provides facilities for indoor and outdoor games.
  4. Vashist Temple and Sulphur Springs: Vashisht Temple is a beautiful pyramidal  temple and in the vicinity are the hot water sulphur spring baths.
  5. Manu Rishi Temple: This temple is situated in old Manali at a distance of 2 km and is dedicated to sage Manu.

 

 

Day 5

1. Bijli Mahadev Temple: In this miraculous temple of lightening the tall staffs attracts the divine blessings in the form of lightening.  Every flash of lightening coming shatters the Shivling into pieces. These pieces are put together by butter that acts as an adhesive.
